If the item arrives damaged, please send us a message with photos of it. This will enable us to process your exchange or refund as soon as possible.

We may send another item without charging for a second delivery. Please note that there may be a chance that the item you bought is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your exchange, however, you may choose another item of the same value or we will refund if this is unsuitable.

We accept refunds or exchanges if a product is:

• Faulty   
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you   
• Unsafe

If you require refund then please read the following for more information:

• You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
• You attach your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item 

Every order is inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure you receive product in good condition. If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us immediately. Please note that Faulty goods should be returned within in a reasonable timeframe. No matter how carefully or how well we pack the items, no one can account for the treatment it will receive in transit.

When the parcel arrives, DO NOT sign at once. Please open the package and check the item inside, if any damage, simply refuse to accept the item and return it to the courier straight away. Once you sign on delivery and keep the item, we may think you accept it even if the damage is made during delivery.

Please note that in the case you change your mind, you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back for exchange or refund. We do recommend that you use the registered post option as we will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail.
