The sizes are 34" - 44" , measures from the end of the buckle to the center hole 

(belt has 5 holes and 1" between holes )

It 's a nice belt - the size measures correctly from factory, but, somehow the material seems does not give in when it's new

 if you measure your waist as 34" - you might want to consider to order size 36"  

if you are 36" waist, please consider order 38"
