Please be advised, we are not responsible for import fees or taxes levied by your country of entry. It is the customer's responsibility for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges required. We are not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by us. When the returned merchandise is received, your account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, please contact your customs office.
Your Medicine Shoppe is happy to offer you a 14-day money back guarantee for merchandise, but some restrictions from either Your Medicine Shoppe or the manufacturer may apply. If an incorrect item was ordered or you changed your mind about the order, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. Damaged merchandise must be Reported within 2 business days of tracking number showing merchandise as delivered, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. If you received fewer items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it must be reported within 2 business days after delivery or carrier noted delivery. Buyers are responsible for all of the return shipping cost.
Discussion and agreement with us are needed before sending back the order. Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode clearly visible. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and/or accessories must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise returned to our warehouse is in a non-restockable condition, we will be unable to issue a full credit. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 2 business days and an email confirmation will be sent via eBay. Payments made through PayPal directly from your debit card or bank account will be refunded immediately. Payments made through PayPal with a credit card will require 2 weeks to process.
