Overstock items are NOT brand new sealed in retail box items but, they are the next best thing as they are sold at a fraction of the original cost, and you still get to buy a great product at an great price.

We purchase these products only in very large wholesale lots. We then add the accessories (charger, etc) prior to resale.

Majority of the units are classified as "Buyer Remorse or Carrier Return" - customers buy from a retail store, change their mind, and then returns the product within 14 days.

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday Thru Friday) of Purchase Date using USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business day Delivery) with Tracking info.

WARRANTY

We want to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing a problem with your product, please contact us so that we can help. We do accept US returns within 30-days of receiving the product and with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased or there may be a restocking fee assessed. If considering a return, please contact us for more information and to receive a RMA.

One-Year Limited Warranty

We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for sixty days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Devices for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use.
