I own a small boutique called NEW2ME... sustainably chic at North Narrabeen on Sydney's Northern Beaches. I sell mainly Pre-loved designer and vintage clothing, shoes, hats, bags and accessories. Many items listed in my EBay store are on consignment and therefore have an expected sell price. All pricing has been carefully considered and is considered to be competitive with similar items found on eBay and other sites. The pricing therefore is not negotiable unless there is a “Make an Offer” option.

“Make an Offer” There may be a short delay on a response from me for “Make an offer” option. This is because I may need to communicate with the owner of the item to consider your offer before responding. 

Only REASONABLE offers will be considered.
Here are a few reasons your offer may be rejected:

If an item has been relisted, the eBay system sometimes loses the “Lowest price option” from the listing making any offer possible. I may not be aware of this until receive an offer. I generally set a “Lowest Price” for any “Make an Offer” options. You will be sent a counter offer in this case.

You have offered a price that is below my margins.  Ebay, Paypal & Consignment stock owners all have a cut from each sale, which needs to be considered when reviewing a “Make and offer”. 

You have made an unreasonable offer. For example; something is listed at $100 and you make an offer of $10. You will be declined without explanation or counter offer.

You have contacted me and know the lowest price available.  You then "make an offer" for a price below what had been discussed. This offer will either be ignored… or… I will make a counter offer that matches the conversation.

My first counter offer IS my final offer….

All offers are outside of postage costs. Therefore postage costs are still applicable.

Most Messages with questions regarding pricing will go unanswered unless there is a “Make an Offer” option.

POSTAGE: Once you BUY an item, you will be sent an Invoice with regular postal charges. Only pay this invoice if you are happy with regular Australia Post services.

If you would like extra services such as, Insurance, Registration, Signature on delivery etc, please contact me and let me know what you would like included. I will then look into costs and re-invoice accordingly.

Be assured I do not make a profit from the postage only pass on what is required to get your item to you. A copy of the postage receipt can be included if requested.

RETURNS
I try my best to offering accurate descriptions and photographs of all my items in my ebay store. Therefore should I find a fault or mark I will describe and/or photograph the mark/fault to the best of my ability.  Descriptions of faults/Marks may be found within the description and/or under the "Condition Description".

I do not intentionally mislead my customers and if something has been missed, it is a genuine oversight. Should you notice something that has not been mentioned or something that is not as described, please do not hesitate to contact me before launching action with eBay. We can work out a fair solution to keep you happy and my eBay stores reputation intact.

My goal is to retain my 100% positive feedback. 

Please choose carefully as I do not accept returns for an incorrect choice or wrong size. If you have any questions or concerns I invite you to ask as many questions as you like before Purchasing or Bidding..

SERIOUS BUYERS/BIDERS ONLY: Payment would be appreciated within 2 days of a Sale unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been received within 2 days, I will attempt to contact the buyer. After a reasonable effort has been made to contact the buyer I will contact ebay and the sale will be cancelled and be relisted.
