Postage & Packaging costs

Costs include postage charge, packaging and handling costs. Postal insurance against damage in transit/loss is included. Costs quoted are for UK only unless otherwise stated - Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands may attract a surcharge. There is a £5 surcharge for next day delivery on a Saturday - we will invoice the surcharge via paypal if it is applicable but will let you know first.

Despatch

We will send items most items within 24 hours of payment receipt and where possible the same day. However, during busy times like Halloween, it may take up to 48 hours for despatch. If your order is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered depending on the postal service you have chosen at checkout. Please bear in mind the despatch turnaround time as well as delivery time when choosing the service that best fits your requirements.

Please see below overview to help you decide which service you need:

Economy Delivery : 2nd class

Standard Delivery : 1st class or Tracked 48

Expedited Delivery: Special Next Day Delivery or Tracked 24

Please note that 2nd and 1st class post are not guaranteed services i.e. the estimated delivery dates shown on Ebay are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. The dates shown are just for guidance. If you need next day delivery, please choose that option at checkout.

International Delivery

We do ship internatinally, either via the Ebay Global Seller Programme or directly. If we offer a direct international delivery service, you will be able to see the cost within the listing details and choose this service at checkout. For higher value items, we ship via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for service.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders but can give you an estimate if required.

We accept payment by Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still use your credit or debit card to pay via Paypal as a guest user. Just follow the instructions during the checkout process and if you have any difficulty please contact us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, have all packaging intact and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

For example:

- Masks/Costumes: must have the original official product tags still attached. If they do not we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. We check every mask before it is dispatched to ensure the slit at the back is not torn, if you tear your mask we will not be able to accept returns.

- DVDs: must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If they are not we cannot accept returns for copyright reasons.

If the above procedure is not followed then returns/refunds will not be allowed. Please get in touch for clarification. If in doubt, DO NOT OPEN / REMOVE ANY TAGS. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account or credit card (the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping may sometimes be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item please enclose full details inside the parcel. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We will provide a full refund if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn/unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. All faults/damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you are unsure of size required or have any questions, please email us or ring for assistance.

Please contact us before returning any item. Failure to do so could result in a delay on processing your refund.
