These are steel shackles with urethane bushings

This auction is for a pair of Lowering Shackles

Install should take you about 45 min.

You will need to cut a bed cross member for clearance of the shackle

Fits 

1965-1972 Ford F100 2wd 

Will not work with trucks equipped with stock flex shackles
