Sometimes weather and other issues can slow down delivery times. We are not responsible for the delivery times of your purchase once the package has been shipped from our end, however, we guarantee arrival of your package through eBay and PayPal and of course our company as long as the item is shipped to your confirmed address and credit card billing address. We do not quit until you get your package and are satisfied. Please allow up to 24 hours after your payment is made to process your order.

SHIPPING/ INTERNATIONAL/WORLDWIDE - If you are outside of the USA or international we will ship to you using USPS priority mail only for items under $500.00. Please do not contact us asking to commit any form of customs fraud. Certain items may be required to ship with FedEx only depending on value especially for items over the $500.00 value. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY- We accept all returns if you are not 100% satisfied with the Item we sold to you. For auction items, returns must be done within three days of receipt of an item. For buy it now items we will accept 30 days. Please do not buy items by chance, we list very thorough descriptions and actual, excellent quality pictures to avoid costly returns. ASK QUESTIONS before making a purchase. If the there are ANY issues, contact us first. We will help.

ANY SIGN OF WEAR AND YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO KEEP YOUR PURCHASE~ This 30 day return period is strictly for courtesy and transparency. Do not abuse this by wearing or "borrowing" the items and returning it. We offer this length of return as a show of confidence in our products. The longer you wait to return an item within this 30 day period, the more we will scrutinize the reason for return and the item. Normal Due diligence periods should be within 7 days. The majority of our buyers appreciate this, but there are some who will abuse this policy.
A return for refund will only be granted if you contact us first via eBay messaging, we void all returns if you have not tried working with us first and only before feedback is left. No partial refunds, we do not give them to anyone for any reason, just send back for a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping to and from you.
