We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving verified payment (Monday to Friday before 2pm). As a UK seller, all our goods are send from the UK. Majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for 1st Class Delivery and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class Delivery, however this will depend on Royal Mail. For urgent orders, we would recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All Desktops,  laptops and components are used and may have signs of wear and tear/cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, plastic chips/non-structural cracks to casing, minor display imperfections/blemishes not visible in pictures that do not affect performance.

BATTERY POLICY

All batteries are provided as strictly untested; no guarantee is given or implied that the battery will hold a charge or work away from the mains supply.

RETURN POLICY
Simple and easy. If you have changed your mind or unsatisfied with your item. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange the return. Once we have received the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item excluding Postage & Packing.
