Athena Minerva Owl Coin Shaped Pendent Necklace Unisex APD-131

The owl is often associated with Athena or Minerva in ancient Greek and Roman mythology. Here the owl is used as an emblem of Athena adapted from an ancient Greek coin. The owl looks out from under a branch. Athena's name in Greek letters appears at right. The pendent shape is roughly a circle but slight irregular as hand minted coins would have been. (APD-131)

Owl pendent measures 1 in L x 1 in W x 1/8 inch thick. The pendent is made from pewter and comes with a 33 in long cord which can be customized to any length.

Suitable for a man or woman. Or also an appropriate gift for a child learning about Greek mythology.
