All goods are in stock and dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment if you live in Mainland UK (other areas take 2 days longer, Ireland 3 days longer). All items are shipped direct to your door, as we do not offer a collection service. Smaller items are sent by Royal mail and do not require a signature, larger items are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm by our couriers, a signature is required upon receipt of goods. Should you be unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to couriers local depot and a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. The couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for.
Please note any issues relating to damage of goods during transit must be reported immediately (less than 24 hours) and signed for accordingly, for us to proceed with a claim. Any late claims can not be processed or refunded.
We cannot and will not be held responsible for delays with the postal service once an item has been dispatched. We always obtain proof of postage.
We try to describe the item as accurately as possible, but due to manufacturing changes, sometimes they change minor specifications without notice so we reserve the right to change these specifications without notice.
We will leave feedback after we have received from the buyer. We would appreciate it if feedback could be left once you have received, inspected, fitted and tested the item(s) so that we know you have received them, and that there aren't any problems. If you feel like our service was substandard and would like to leave negative feedback then please contact us first before doing so. This way we can investigate the problem and find a solution.
