Returns and Exchanges
Prior to returning any item you must contact us. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.
If you fail to contact us prior to returning an item you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee.
