I do the best i can to take accurate photos and describing and damage. Please ask question prior to purchase. The camera does not always capture the true color, so there may be times there is a slight difference in color. Please ask questions before purchase. I do the best i can to pack each item safely. However I can not control the way the shipping company chooses to handle or damage the boxes and items. So If there is an item damaged in transit i must have pictures of the damaged item. Failure to get me photos means there was no damage hence i can not file a claim. If you say the item is not as described, again i must have proof (not just you saying it was) I accept the same proof that ebay accepts. Once i receive the verifiable proof then I will determine the next step.

You can thank the scammers for me doing this. Those small few ruined it for everyone. A person word is no longer good enough. I need proof that will be the same as what ebay accepts as proof.

If there are any problems with the item you purchase, I must be notified the same day that the tracking number shows. Failure to notify me on that day I will assume the problem happened in your care and I will be limited on what i can do to resolve

So please make sure the address you have on file with ebay is correct. If a package is returned and an item refund is given this will be the amount of the item minus the shipping fees.
