SIZE:

Most customers prefer to add between .5 to 1 inch to their wrist measurement (depending on how loose they like to wear it). As a guideline, the average boys  size is 5 to 6 inches, teens are 6 to 7 inches, women's size is 7 inches, and men or larger wrists around 8 inches. Please see last picture for more guidance.
