Tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by original fitted Cartier box, outer carton and papers as pictured.

Case: Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, octagonal sapphire-set winding-crown, correctors on the band, and sapphire crystals. 

Dial: Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at 10, subsidiary dials for the day, date, month and aperture for the leap year. Blued steel Breguet hands. 

Movement: Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balancespring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature.
