The box is in as NEAR mint condition it is badly creased with slight damage to the edges & stands at 7.7cm x 6.9cm x 4cm x2.6cm (3"x2.6"x1"), quite a rare bottle, Farouch was normally served up in a large heart shaped Lalique bottle or the somewhat less glamorous shield bottle, & feel this was probably destined for those who travelled or who liked to carry their parfum with them The exquisite tiny, off-round flat part frosted screw capped bottle is set into a narrow plastic stand, & stands at a mere 4.8cm (2") tall, decorated to the front with a frosted design, I have tried a drop & this has to be the most potent Farouch I have ever come across, one tiny drop no bigger than that wiped off the tip of a pin is filling my office. When first applied, try to imagine smokey Cedar or Oakmoss laced with Honey & a touch of lime, then it dries down to something quite different, the woody note vanishes into the background & a glorious light creamy floral takes its place, it is fabulous :) |
