Organic sweet fennel, organic red sandalwood, organic cinnamon bark, organic pennywort, organic sweet violet, organic liquorice, organic arjun bark, organic star anise, organic cardamom, organic indian sweet basil, organic cloves, organic black pepper, organic dried ginger.
Boil 2 cups of water.
Add 1 tea spoon of herbal blend & brew for 6 minutes.
Add milk & sugar as desired.
Strain and cool until tea is at a safe and comfortable temperature.
