This hearing aid is fully programmable. Our expert audiologists at Wholesale Hearing Limited will program the device in advance. When ordering please send a copy/image of your audiogram as a message through eBay. If you would like some help with selection please send a message. We are happy to help! We can interpret your audiogram, provide advice about correct hearing aid selection etc. The hearing aid will come with the following - 1x Hearing Aid (colour of your choice- see image). For a pair please change quantity to x2. - 1x free Receiver (speaker wire). We can advise the best receiver based on your hearing test. - a selection of different domes.
When ordering please place your order through ebay and then contact us through ebay messenger with details of the device colour you would like, and attach a photo/image of your hearing test result.
To get the best experience it is recommended to have the hearing aid fine tuned by a qualifed audiologist, and have Real Ear Measurements or some other verification test carried out. This will assist you in getting the very most out of your purchase. We recommend contacting a local audiology clinic in your area to discuss their fees for service provision. These will vary from clinic to clinic. Typical guideline costs are £80 for hearing tests, and £150 for hearing aid programming). Terms of Sale
Any Order and subsequent purchase of Goods (as defined below) or services from Wholesale Hearing shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
In these Conditions: "Wholesale Hearing" is trading on eBay.
"We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Wholesale Hearing, "You" / "Yours" refers to the Customer.

Customer Obligations
By submitting your order to Wholesale Hearing you confirm:
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You have had a hearing assessment within the past 6 months which included case history, otoscopy & hearing test.
• You have, or will send us a copy of your audiogram, which meets the above criteria. Your order will not be processed until we have received this.
• You are aware that you are purchasing hearing aids only, programmed to your audiogram, with no inclusive aftercare services.
• Following a purchase of hearing aid(s) you will be emailed a short medical questionnaire. You must complete and return this form to us prior to Wholesale Hearing limited shipping your order.
•You are also stating that the agree that you are the person that will be the end user and wearer of these hearing aids, and that the reason for purchasing these hearing aids from Wholesale Hearing is for the sole purpose of personal use only and not for competitive research, resale, or any other reason.
Delivery and Carriage
• We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your Goods within 5 working days of order receipt; we will contact you if, for any reason, this is not possible. All orders will be delivered using insured and tracked delivery services.
• Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order.
• If your Goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected.
• In the case of non delivery, if either Wholesale Hearing or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.
PLEASE NOTE WHOLESALE HEARING LIMITED IS NOT LIABLE FOR IMPORT TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES LEVIED BY YOUR COUNTRY - THESE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR SEPARATELY BY THE PURCHASER.
