Shipping is free ONLY for US Domestic orders. Current TURN AROUND TIME is 3-5 business days BEFORE SHIPPING. Shipping is an additional 3-6 days (sometimes longer on the holidays). When your order ships you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, send me a note and I will include for additional $1.65 charge. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For International Orders we ship usps first class international. We cannot provide a tracking number. Our experience tells us that arrival time is 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
RETURNS:
All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. PLEASE BE AWARE: Some products may contain small parts, this can pose a choking hazard. Do not leave small children unattended (or sleeping), while they are wearing any of our accessories. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
