Hub Nut Spanner Socket Tool for Nissan Patrol GU & Navara D22 Wheel Bearing Nuts
This is 1 x Brand new Hub Socket to suit GU and late GQ Patrol fronts.
The bearing nuts on all D22 Navara, GU and late model GQ Patrols are not a conventional 6 sided nut - but instead a round disc with holes in it. The holes are so you can insert a locking screw which prevents it from undoing. Great concept until you need to take the nut off or put it back on. This hub socket has 2 pins that insert into the bearing nut and you can easily undo or tighten the nut with a normal 1/2" socket set ratchet. So basically this is a tool for removing and re-fitting bearing nuts. It also means you can measure and apply the exact required torque setting when tightening wheel bearings. Something you can not do with chop stick style screw drivers in the holes.
