Luxury Leather Repair Hi-Tac Adhesion Primer is designed to give leather, vinyl and plastic coatings the maximum adhesion necessary to bond to leather, vinyl and plastic. Hi-Tac Adhesion primer also improves dye adhesion to surfaces exposed to body oil, such as: steering wheels and leather furniture. It will also prevent migration of oils already in leather as to not break down the adhesion from the newly applied dye or coatings.
Directions for use: Apply 1-2 light coats of Hi-Tac Adhesion Primer for maximum coverage. A hair dryer or heat gun on low setting can be used to cure the adhesion primer in between each coat. The surface will feel a little tacky which is what is desired, this will be what the dye or coating will bond to. You can then apply your dye over the surface.
Do not use on Unprotected Aniline, Nubuck or Suede as it will change the feel of these leathers and will not allow an aniline dye to penetrate the pores of the leather.
