Ways to improve the noise problem (if it happens):
1) Check if the top mount is loose, if yes, make it tight with the instrument (as shown in the picture).
2) Check if the bottom base is loose, if yes, make it tight with the instrument (as shown in the picture).
3) Check if other parts of the bottom base are loose, if yes, please adjust them well.
4) The o-ring on the bracket must be tight with supplied instrument (as shown in the picture).
5) Please double confirm if the bolts on the top mount is tight (as shown in the picture).
Return Policy
Item can be
returned/exchanged only if the items are found defected or wrong item on
arrival. If item need to be exchanged, items must be returned within 7
days from the date of authorized for exchange. All presumed defective or
wrong items must obtain an authorization before returning. Any returned
package without authorization will put on hold or refused. Buyer is
responsible to return shipping cost and insurance. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.
