We reserve the right to change postage to Royal Mail from Hermes during the current situation to try and keep deliveries on track and also, to places that are not served by Hermes or islands off the mainland, to save charging the extra postage where we can.

Hi, due to the current situation we have changed the dispatch time to longer, we will still try and dispatch as soon as we can but we may run into some problems. Also could we ask for your cooperation in giving us a safe place to leave your parcel (if you have one), to limit physical contact and understanding on later than normal deliveries as there is added pressure on couriers and parcel people.
