As for Countries I can no longer ship to as to packages never arriving to destination are Mexico, South America, Africa, Italy, Greece, United Emigrates, Some parts of the Middle East, Parts of the Russian Federation and any Country that will not accept my shipping methods. On items of value more then 35.00 I may require a Registered mailing extra charge for guaranteeing of package arriving to buyer. If you are a known buyer to me and I've shipped previously then this will be waived. As for the Customs charges some Countries put onto arrival of package, THIS is not me(seller) charging you this amount BUT your courier service where you live.
