Once you have placed your order for posters you'll receive an automated email, sent to your email address registered with eBay, detailing how you can send the artwork.

GETTING THE BEST RESULTS
To ensure the best printing results please do not send us low quality images that are found on the internet as these are generally not good enough quality to enlarge and print from.
An image with a file size of over 500kb for JPEG, JPG, TIF, TIFF or PDF and 1mb for PNG, BMP, GIF and PSD is a minimum file size that should be considered for printing, but generally speaking the larger the better.
Printing can be portrait or landscape - we will print the image in the same layout format as supplied unless you specify otherwise.
Please be aware that we do not guarantee a perfect colour match due to your screen calibrations being different.
Our printers are regularly calibrated and produce a colour match to the images we receive - your screen brightness, contrast and saturation settings will affect the image viewed on your screen.

- Do not send your photos through eBay Messages as they reduce the size.
- Do not send photos from FaceBook as these are generally too small to print from.
- Please ensure that when you send a photo from smart phones that they are the original and sent full size.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery is via Royal Mail with all orders sent out same working day if ordered before 11.00am along with print-ready artwork, or next working day if ordered after 11.00am.
- Posters A3 and larger are rolled up and dispatched in cardboard tubes - smaller sizes are sent flat in cardboard backed envelopes.
- We are closed at weekends and all orders placed during this time are processed on the next working day.
We recommend using our Next Day Courier delivery option for urgent orders
