OVERVIEW
Bringing the speed Sony mirrorless shooters have been waiting for, the Alpha a9 Mirrorless Digital Camera takes impressive multimedia capabilities and ups the processing capabilities for ultra-fast continuous shooting. Making use of a 24.2MP full-frame Exmor RS stacked CMOS sensor and BIONZ X image processor, the a9 is capable of shooting at up to 20 fps, recording UHD 4K video internally, and shooting with an expanded sensitivity range to ISO 204,800. Balancing the quickness of the processor is a well-matched 693-point phase-detection autofocus system that covers 93% of the image area for accurate and quick subject tracking in a variety of lighting conditions. Additionally, complementing both the imaging and focusing assets, the a9 also sports 5-axis SteadyShot INSIDE image stabilization to minimize the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld.


24.2MP Full-Frame Exmor RS Stacked CMOS Sensor


Poised for speed, the a9 features a first-for-full-frame 24.2MP Exmor RS stacked CMOS that affords impressively quick readout speeds to benefit up to 20 fps continuous shooting and UHD 4K video recording. The sensor's back-illuminated design also affords high sensitivity to an extended ISO 204,800 with reduced noise for clean image quality in a variety of lighting conditions. Additionally, uncompressed raw files can be recorded in 14-bit for greater color fidelity and post-production flexibility.


BIONZ X Image Processor


Working in conjunction with the stacked CMOS sensor is an apt BIONZ X image processor that ensures quick processing speeds to keep up with fast-paced shooting applications. Continuous shooting up to 20 fps is supported for up to 362 consecutive JPEGs, or 241 raw frames, along with a top electronic shutter speed of 1/32,000 for freezing fast-moving subjects or working in bright lighting conditions. Benefitting the fast recording capabilities is an equally quick AF/AE metering system that functions at 60 times per second to continuously evaluate the scene in order to lock onto and track moving subjects. Additionally, due to the use of an electronic shutter, totally blackout-free monitoring is possible with the electronic viewfinder for more accurate compositions of moving subjects.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping to most countries. For shipment to regions that are less accessible or regarded as remote areas by couriers, additional postage cost will be added automatically at checkout. In other words, the price you see on our website is final and you need not pay extra, unless the region in which you resides is considered a remote area. United Kingdom - We expedite our orders from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail, DPD or Yodel. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 4th - 7th working day after your payment is credited to our account.

European Union - We expedite our orders from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 5th - 10th working day after your payment is credited to our account.

United States - We expedite our orders from Hong Kong via FedEx, UPS or USPS. The handling time for an order takes around 2 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 2nd - 7th working day after your payment is credited to our account.

PO BOXES

We accept only physical addresses for posting due to delivery restrictions of couriers. If your primary delivery address on PayPal is a PO box or a virtual address, please have it revised before placing an order with us. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and refunded. Couriers normally require consignees to sign for the parcel.

AMENDING SHIPPING ADDRESS

We do not allow any change or update of shipping address after an order is placed successfully (especially after an order is dispatched) for the protection of both parties against the possibility of a lost parcel. In case you have ordered using an erroneous shipping address, you are recommended to contact our CS Team via eBay message as soon as possible to have the order hold, cancelled and refunded. You may place a new order using the error-free shipping address, after logging onto your PayPal account and have it revised there. Please note that any request for cancellation and refund of order due to an erroneous shipping address will be accepted only before the order is processed.

LOST PARCEL AND DISPUTE CASES

In cases where the courier has not delivered the parcel to you 20 days after dispatch according to their tracking page, we will issue a full refund.

In cases where delivery has been made and a proof of delivery (POD) with signature of consignee is available from the courier but you have not received the parcel physically, we would do our best in assisting you in the investigation of a missing parcel by opening a case with them in order to get any compensation issued by the courier. Dispute cases as such will be reviewed by eBay and PayPal and they always have the final decision on the outcome of a case.

Above all, customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We reserve the right to reject issuing any refund for lost-parcel cases due to an erroneous and/or incomplete address. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order for a full refund if it has not been processed. After it is processed, We reserve the right to deny the cancellation request of customers and they can only return the order to us in accordance with our Return Policy. Customers may contact via eBay message to request cancellation of an order.

14 DAYS CHANGE OF MIND RETURN AND REFUND

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return your order for a full refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of your parcel given the below conditions are met:

The product is purchased from our eBay shop;

The product is new and undamaged as received;

All original product packaging, accessories, manuals must be returned to us intact;

Note 1: The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery onwards as shown on the tracking page and the period is counted on the basis of calendar days.

Note 2: There will be a 20% restock fee for requests made after the 14 days period and we will have the final decision whether your returns will be accepted.

Note 3: Refund request due to price drop may not be accommodated after an order is processed. No refund of a price drop will be issued after the order is dispatched. We will have the final decision as to what amount of refund, if any, will be given.

Note 4: You must return the order to the return address provided along our return authorisation. Otherwise you may not receive any refund.

We strongly suggest to send the item with a trusted courier or shipping agent as we will not be covering any damages or loss during transit. 14 DAYS DEAD ON ARRIVAL RETURN OR REPLACE

If you find, within 14 days of receipt, that your received product is faulty, or what we call a dead-on-arrival (DOA) item which does not function as it should due to manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a full refund of the value of the faulty item or a replacement of it, apart from a refund on the return postage, given the below conditions are met:

The product is new and undamaged as received;

All original product packaging, accessories, manuals must be returned to us intact;

The product itself is examined by the manufacturer and it's confirmed to have manufacturing defect(s) after its return to us.

Our warranty covers labour costs for repairing the faulty unit. Within the warranty period of 12 months, customers will need to bear the postage for returning the product back to us and we will cover the costs for shipping the product back to you after service. Repair normally takes about a few weeks depending on the issues and we will be keeping you informed during the process. In case the repair requires a part that needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, additional costs may incur and we will let you know as soon as possible. Chargers, batteries, USB cables and accessories as such are not covered.

Our warranty is not transferable to any person other than the one who purchased the item from us.
