Return Policy
Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the material, if the object received does not correspond to the description or there are defects not attributable to transport and not specified in the description of the object, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods. In case of return:
- The cost of transport will not be refunded.
- Return costs are charged to the customer.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was sent and complete in all its parts as well as in origin.
- If the product is returned not respecting points 1,2 and 3, it will be refunded in part based on the conditions of use of the product, the packaging and the contents of the box.
