RETURNS POLICY  

All Sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct product and the correct size. It is better to do some research before purchase.

We are not responsible for companies' imperfections.

Returns are only accepted in case of Sellers' error, for example we have accidentally sent you a wrong item. The item would have to be shipped back to us in the same condition as it was sent with original packaging. 

We do not accept returns for buyers' remorse, such as "I order by mistake", "I changed my mind"," I found better price", "I don't want them anymore", "I don't like how they fit", etc. This kind of things are really hurt sellers and waste both our time and money. So, before you click buy it now, please take your time to do research and better find item to try on in person, to make sure the item is what you are looking for, the color is the one you want and the size can fit you.  If you plan buying a gift for someone, please do more research before purchase. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will apply to buyers who return items without approval. Why? it costs us money and labor to list, sell on eBay. There are additional costs associated with fulfilling buyers orders other than direct product costs, i.e.; shipping, packaging materials, labor, etc . Also, sellers have the right to recoup those expenses. We try to work with our buyers, but also have expenses to cover. Thanks for your understanding.

The restocking fee must be paid ahead, not deducting from original payment.

Every item comes with secure tag which comes with unique number. Secure tag is one time use only. It cannot be put back on if cut. Secure tag must be still attached on the return item. Return, exchange, or refund will not be processed if secure tag has been removed. No exception.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 We only allow size exchanges as long as the size you required is still available and you pay for all shipping cost (return shipping and shipping cost for the new item)

SHIPPING & HANDLING

1. Domestic: For item over 13 oz (such as shoes and jackets) USPS Priority Mail. Item under 13 oz, such as T-shirt, First Class mail. We provide free tracking No. for all packages. We always put box outside shoe box to protect it. We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. We do not offer any other shipping options or shipping service. No local pick up either.

2. International - is available, but only and must be eBay Global Shipping Program. In this program, We only receive the payment for the item itself. Our job is shipping item to eBay global shipping station. eBay is the party who charges you the international shipping fee and custom duty Fee, not us.  eBay is also the party who take care of international shipping service, not us either. If you have any question related to international shipping, please contact eBay, not us. Just in case, buyer still need to pay for domestic shipping from our warehouse to eBay Global shipping station in KY.

     We DO NOT offer any other service to ship international packages.

3 . No change will be made to the address once payment is received. Absolutely no exceptions. After purchase, if you realize you left a wrong address or want to ship to another address, we still cannot change it.  Order need to be canceled and you need to rebuy with correct address.

4. Handling Time: 2 business days (no Sat, Sun or national Holidays)

5. Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time is all depends on shipping carriers, but on seller. It is not a guaranteed delivery time.
