Return Policy

 

Returns:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 30 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging and handling cost.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 30 day replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the 30 day or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller's) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

 

Shipment 

 

Items will be sent to all the countries over the world, we have Airmail registered and Express shipping service to choose. For any shipping method ,We will offer the Tracking Number of shipment to you for online tracking on official website of selected carrier.

 

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you chose and the country delivered to. In rare cases, the postal service in some areas and the strict custom clearances will make the delivery time a bit longer, please be patient. If you have special shipping need, please contact us before you order..

 

The order will be declared as  lower value to eliminate or minimize your custom's tax, and simplify the custom proceeding. but in certain countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. If you have ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or even to eliminate the taxes), just tell us what you need (such as labeling, packing, invoices, etc.), we are happy to follow your instructions.
