Everbuild Industrial Grade Thread Lock GP Blue 10 grams

Product Description.
A medium strength, self curing, anaerobic adhesive for locking threads on most nuts, bolts and screws which may need to be disassembled. Examples include hydraulic system bolts, gearboxes, countersunk screws and most construction equipment. Can be used on “as received” and oil contaminated threads/nuts.

Please Note:-
Thread Lock Blue is sold by weight, you get 10 grams only.
Due to this being an Anaerobic Adhesive it requires air space(Oxygen) in the bottle to stop the product from curing you do not get a full bottle of Threadlock.
Also due to the amount of legal information that has to be printed on the rear label the size of the print cannot be made any smaller as it would become illegible, hence why the label cannot be made any smaller which is the reason for the size of the bottle.
We would just like to reassure our customers that you are purchasing 10 grams of Threadlock and the reason for the size of the bottle has been clearly explained. The Mease Valley Emporium


Benefits.

Limitations.
Do not put into service until full bond strength is achieved.
Do not use on polycarbonate or other sensitive plastics.
Do not use on plated or anodized surfaces.
Always test a small inconspicuous area prior to full application.
As the manufacturer cannot know all the uses its products may be put to, contact technical services for advice if in any doubt. 
 
Application.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Surfaces must be clean (will tolerate a light oily film) and dry.
Apply to both surfaces and assemble components. Wipe clean excess material.
Allow to cure for 5-10 minutes before handling/light use.
Full strength achieved in 6-8 hours. 
 
When using on hands follow same procedure as above. Wash immediately after with warm soapy water and apply suitable moisturising cream to area. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin.
