This is an old 1945 dated, softcover childrens book titled: Funny stories about Donald and Mickey. Published by Whitman Publishing Company. 128 pages and in good shape with practically NO wear to the covers, pages or spine.  The pages do show the discoloration due to age but there is no damage to any of the pages throughout the entire book..  It does not appear to ever have been read because the spine is not bent open due to someone reading the pages.  The book is  considered to be in near mint condition considering its age.
