These luxurious Vintage Bow cat collar are purr-fect for those high class cats that demand the premium standard in their collar.

The main collar is made of luxuriously smooth velvet and comes with a fully removable patterned bow that can also be placed anywhere on the collar.

There are four gorgeous styles to choose from

Black - A Pure Black velvet collar with a Black Bow that is patterned with Red, Pink and Green flowers

Red Tartan - A Stunning Red velvet collar with a Bow that is traditional Red Tartan

Vintage Teal - A Quaint Teal Green velvet collar with a 70's inspired "Flower Power" style patterned White Bow

Vintage Pink - A soft and sumptuous Pink velvet collar with a Pink Bow that is patterned with Pink & Red flowers

All Ancol cat collars come with safety features as standard with this collar featuring a break-away buckle to allow your cat an easy escape if they get caught whilst climbing and also feature a warning bell to help protect wildlife.

IMPORTANT - When fitting your cats collar, ensure that you can get two fingers between your cat and the collar for safety and comfort.

Collars should be removed when using liquid flea treatments as chemicals may react with materials.

Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Delivery Time 2-3 working days.  We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders paid after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day (please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

If you require your item sooner you can upgrade your delivery option at checkout (fees apply)

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.  

• You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item

• Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.

• The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked 

• If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free

We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.  

Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition

If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund.  If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us.  We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely.  Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR

For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via Ebay.  Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.

We accept PayPal, Credit & Debit Card payments for orders.  If you want to change the shipping address for your item this must be done before making your payment as we can not change the shipping address after purchase.  We are not always able to check all messages on order notes or other information before shipping.
