ABOUT THE SELLER:

* I am a U.K. based independent seller, selling (mainly) children's clothing. 

* All items are checked, packaged and sent out from my storage facility by me personally, I DO NOT "drop ship" products from other sellers.

* Customer service and satisfaction are my top priorities. I answer all messages personally within 24 hours, often much quicker. Returns are accepted as are exchanges if your item does not fit. I will always work with you to ensure the end result is one you are happy with.

* I will not sell you anything I would not happily put my own children in.

* Postage is free (included in the price) on most items and fast, normally shipped out within less than 24 hours of purchase. Most items are sent first class so will often be with you the day after you buy, dependent on time of purchase. Any items purchased between midnight and mid-day Monday to Friday are posted the same day and all items purchased between midday and midnight are sent out the next day. Items purchased after midday on a Friday or over the weekend are posted the following Monday.
