IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE: PLEASE READ 

Water proof/resistant 

Any watch is not absolutely waterproof disregarding what is mentioned on the face. There are levels of water resistance to all watches. 

Basic water resistance is 30M which should cover light rain, hand wash splash etc. For swimming or showering, we would recommend a water resistance of 100M or better, and 200M for any water sports.

Beyond that there is a detail which can be explained upon request. Please refer to image of water resistance chart. Please use your watch (your property) with decent care. 

Colour/Plating life 

All stainless steel watches do not change colour throughout their life except natural scratches during usage. However, other plating may differ in their life span. For general understanding, the low price watches may not be assured about life of plating. However, high priced, top brand watches should have a longer life of plating viz. 5-10 years. This may again differ by the style or conditions of use. 

Automatic Watches 

Automatic watches are wound by the movement of your wrist. If you wear it just for 1-2 hours, it may stop shortly after. So, it may be better to wear it throughout the day; then it can be taken off overnight. Besides, these are not as accurate as quartz(battery-operated) watches. A difference of +/- 20 seconds per day is normal. For better accuracy, quartz watches are advisable. 

Kinetic/Solar/Eco-Drive Watches 

These watches have special re-chargeable batteries; Kinetic's batteries are recharged by motion of wrist and Solar/Eco-Drives are recharged by daylight. Re-chargeable batteries have a special characteristic of charging-usage-charging cycle on a continuous basis. Like a car or mobile phone battery, if these are once charged and left un-used/un-charged for a long period of time, they lose their ability to hold charge afterwards. In that case you would need to get the battery replaced which is generally expensive. For a kinetic watch please wear it; and for Solar/Eco-Drive watches, please expose those to light continually. 

Refund and Exchange policy 

We may refund or exchange an item within 14 days of the date of purchase providing; 

* A valid receipt is presented as proof of purchase 

* The item is returned in pristine condition with its original packaging, booklets etc. 

Returns policy 

You may return an item for repair or exchange providing; 

* The item developed a fault during normal course of usage (making sure the above mentioned advisories have been adhered to) 

* The item contained a manufacturer's fault prior to purchase
