Produced by BMW in Germany in six languages printed in 1988, Pub number 8 11 05 12 70 2/88 VM. The colours are printed on the page rather than paint chips. it is for the 1989 model year.  

There is a chart with all the combinations.

1989 BMW E34 5 Series 520i, 524td, 525i, 530i and 535i
