RETURN POLICY

Returns are to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods at the purchaser’s expense.  The item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt attached.  The returned item must be in the same condition as received with no modifications, and must not have been painted or fitted to the vehicle.  The item may be exchanged or a full refund will be given.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your delivery immediately when it arrives.  If your item has been damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt on .

All care is taken to ensure your items are professionally packed to minimise any damage during freight, however, RRR Auto Parts will not accept any responsibility for goods received damaged through Australia Post where postage insurance has not been taken.

Postage Insurance

Any enquiries relating to goods being received damaged where postage insurance has been requested are to be dealt with through Australia Post.

Courier

Sydney Metropolitan Area

A flat rate of $20 will be charged for deliveries made within the Sydney Metro Area.

Regional NSW & Interstate

Please call to obtain a quote for courier charges for large items which cannot be sent through Australia Post.
