Postage and Delivery Information Most of our items are delivered with a courier, courier companies do normally require a signature. If you are unavailable for delivery the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them. Please contact the courier as soon as you can to arrange a suitable delivery day, the courier will only hold your parcel for 7 days before returning the parcel to us. Smaller items will be delivered by royal mail, this service should take no longer than 5 working days however please allow 10 working days before contacting us to report the parcel missing Furniture and Extra Large Mirrors All furniture items and extra large mirrors are sent with a specialist furniture company who will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot. Please allow 5-15 working days for delivery, if your address is the very high or low parts of England and Wales then please allow a little longer. We do not send Furniture or some Large mirrors to Ireland, NI,IOM,IOW,Jersey or any off shore address. Delivery Charges The delivery charge is £4.95 for most items, some smaller items are free postage. There are additional postage charges for some medium to larger items to be sent to Ireland, NI ,IOM, IOW and any off shore address this is due to the item being to large to be sent threw royal mail, the item has to be sent via a courier which have a supplement please contact usand we will be happy to quote you accordingly.

Returns Policy Please measure and check that the goods will fit in your home before you order as a charge will be made for the goods returned. Should you not require your chosen item after it has been delivered, please inform us within 7 days to return the item. If you decide to return the goods you will be responsible for all carriage costs. Goods should be returned complete, in perfect condition and in original packaging. All our goods are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit however, due to the delicate nature of some of the products, occasionally something may get damaged. Should there be a need to replace the product please contact us and we will gladly provide a replacement if the company thinks is the appropriate course of action. The company will not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
