We post items using Royal Mail 48 and 48 Tracked. If you would like your item quicker, we do offer the option to pay 0.99p shipping for Royal Mail 24 Standard.

For larger parcels, we use our courier services such as UPS and Yodel.

We will only ever post items well packaged and in a cardboard box.

Please contact us if your delivery hasn't arrived. We usually say, wait for at least 5 working days after the 'estimated delivery date' before reporting the item as missing. We will try our best to resolve the problem.

Returns

We hope you're happy with your purchase. For any reason you are not, you have 30 days to return your item/s (Buyer pays return postage)

Unfortunately, We will not refund after 30 days. If you experience any damaged in the post please contact us straight away. All returns must be unopened and unused.

Refunds will be given once the item has been returned to us.
