ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Please order carefully and send all Photos via email after you have placed the order.
  • These can be portrait or landscape, as standard we print these the same layout as the file you send but if you would like these a certain way please request this when sending your photo.
  • *IMPORTANT* SQUARE PHOTOS If we receive square photos from you create in apps or similar these will be supplied on a square frame at 20x20"


  • If your photo is not suitable for your canvas print it will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you.
  • Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order canceled.

  • Please DO NOT send images from Facebook these are not suitable for canvas printing.
  • Please DO NOT send photos via ebay messages, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for your Canvas Print.
  • Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.
  • We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to your screen calibrations being different, Our printers are calibrated regularly by certified HP Technicians and produce a true colour match to the images we receive. Please be aware screen brightness, contrast and saturation setting can all enhance or change the colours you see on your screen.
