Tapioca Pearl Cooking Instruction:
1. Prepare boiling water by med-high heat. Water quantity should be 6 times or more of Bolle Tapioca Pearl.
2. Put the pearl into boiling water and stir until all the pearls float out of water
3. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. (Stir the pearl every 2-3 minutes)
4. Turn off the heat and stew for 10 minutes (DO NOT open cover)
5. Pour all pearls into net strainer, drain hot water out and flush by cool water. (repeat 3-4 times until the pearls cool down)
6. Drain off the water and mix with sugar and honey or syrup, stir gently to server within 7-8 hours.
