    Most dimmer switches (mainly leading edge) have a minimum load of 40 watts, if this load is not met then flickering may occur. Flickering will be more noticeable at lower levels, IE when attempting to dim down below 50%. One way of solving this problem is to use a resistive (or dummy) load. A resistive load fools the dimmer switch into believing that there is enough load on the circuit and sometimes solves the problem.

    Another way is to use an LED dimmer switch; this type of dimmer switch has been tested almost specifically for use with LEDs and has a lower minimum load. Our LED compatible range dimmer has a minimum load of just 1 watt when used with LEDs. This means it can potentially dim just one 2W LED light. Although we now recommend using 2-10 LEDs per switch.

    None compatible dimmer can drastically shorten the life span of the LED bulbs!

Shipping

UK Stock Dispatch within 1 working day.
All items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
All items will be shipped from our UK based warehouse within 24 working hours upon receipt of payment, and multiple items will be combined shipping.
In most cases, delivery takes around 3-5 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping carrier (Royal Mail or other express service).
If your item doesn't arrive on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. There is no local pickup service.

Returns

We accept returns for 30 days after the purchase date.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.
We do not accept the return reason due to size not fit because we have given the full detailed size already.
We will refund your full bidding amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not arrive, you may wish to use a tracked service. Unless faulty the refund will be made for the cost of the item only and not the p&p.
