ARKMat Selection of Stable Mats

ArkMat Stable Mats are the highest quality product available for your stabling which will improve the comfort level of your horse and help you reduce the rising cost of bedding. These new high quality EVA mats are designed and manufactured as stable mats. We also have some mats which are made from natural rubber.

They are not gym/garage mats which have been given a different application.

They are made to strictest quality standards with your horse/pony's comfort and safety in mind.

Which Mat & Thickness to Choose?

EVA Mats, in either straight side finish or interlocking sides, are soft and comfortable for your horse. 24mm for small horses, 34mm for medium and 44mm for large. They are lightweight and easy to handle.

How you can save bedding costs:

If you currently using cheaper shavings @ £5.00 per bale using easimat mats can reduce your bedding from approximately 1.5 bales per week to 0.5. This is a £5.00 saving per week x 52 weeks = £260.00 per year.

This means you will effectively pay for your mats in less than 18 months.

If you are spending more than £5.00 per bale, then you will get your money back even quicker. Plus you get the added benefits of providing the most comfortable, hygienic environment for your horse/pony.

The EVA mats make for a more comfortable bed for your horse.

EVA is a foam material which cannot collapse or go hard has greater thermal insulation than the majority of rubber mats. It also means they are light approx. one fifth of the weight, so you will not break your back when lifting or moving, as you would with cheaper hard, heavy rubber mats.

ArkMat Supersoft mats have been manufactured with your horse in mind to provide a permanent soft and insulated floor so you can safely reduce bedding without compromising your horse’s comfort.

The density of ArkMat Supersoft EVA mats is such that it is very similar to natural grassland, and has a slight give when the horse is on the mat. The horse will feel more comfortable as it is similar to it's natural environment. As you know a happy and healthy horse means lower vet bills.

This is a higher quality product and your horse given the choice would always choose the ArkSupersoft mats.

Please be aware that as these mats are NEW some items may have a mat release agent on them to prevent any sticking together, this is easily removed with a detergent, and it will wear off naturally through a short period of use.

Returns Information

All ARK products come with a manufacturers guarantee. In the event of product defect you can return the item to us for a refund of the original item.

You need to obtain a RNA via email before sending the product back to ensure speedy credit. However if you wish to return goods for any other reasons, please contact us with the details first.

We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of delivery - after 30 days from date of delivery, your goods will be assumed satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

We will only accept goods returned provided they are clean, in a saleable condition, with no rips, tears or markings.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Ark Solutions.

Unless agreed by prior arrangement, all Returns and/or Exchanges are subject to a Return Shipping/Collection Fee, and a 20% Handling fee where appropriate.

Payment is by paypal or any major debit / credit cards please call us if you wish to use your card and we can take secure payment over the phone.

We can also accept Bank transfer.

We can accept e-cheque but won't release goods until payment has cleared.

Delivery is as per listing if not specified it will be based on delivery address and number of Items required.

We have a standard FREE delivery option or quicker delivery services at a nominal cost.

Delivery is to England, Wales and most of Scotland using courier services (Yellow Areas).

If you live in a non standard area you will incur extra delivery charges and should contact us in advance to discuss the costs. Those areas & postcodes are:

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man (BT & IM Postcodes)
Highlands of Scotland (PA, PH, AB, IV, KW Postcodes)
Scottish Islands (HS & ZE postcodes)

Additional Shipping Information

We can ship to Europe including the Republic of Ireland but please contact us for exact delivery price based on your location.

Someone must be available to take delivery of your item, buyer will be responsible of any costs of re-delivery if there is no-one available to sign for the goods.

You must inform us of any access issues at the time of placing an order and also provide us with a contact number for the courier.

We always pass on any specific delivery request's (leave if not in, house down the lane etc) however we cannot guarantee these as they are out of our control.
