Return Policy
We only accept returns on any personalised items, whereby we have made an error either in the model sent or the text printed.
If the customer has made and error on model selection or spelt something incorrectly then unfortunately we cannot acept a return.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), provided the goods are still in their original wrapping and have not been opened.
We only accept returns on any personalised items, whereby we have made an error either in the model sent or the text printed.
If the customer has made and error on model selection or spelt something incorrectly then unfortunately we cannot accept a return.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), provided the goods are not personalised.
If the shopper does cancel and return their order, their payment will only be reimbursed once we have received the goods in question, in perfect condition, together with their order number. The shopper is responsible for all postage costs of returning the item to our offices.
