Items weighing less than 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded delivery . If nobody is in to accept the item Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to collect your item from the local sorting office.
Items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force or UK Mail - a signature upon delivery will be required.
