Bandai's "Soul of Popynica" series pays homage to the amazing die-cast anime toys created by Popy during the 1970s.
From Katsuhiro Otomo's classic film, Akira, comes this stunning die-cast and ABS plastic rendition of Kaneda's motorcycle.
It measures 7" long (1/12th scale) and features amazing detail and finishing touches, including removable cowling and anime-accurate "sponsor" labels.
Also comes with a detailed figure of Kaneda.

Most of the parts on Kaneda’s bike can be removed to expose the beautiful diecast beneath.
Pretty much anything you see silver is metal.
The front fork turns, raises and lowers, and has spring loaded suspension.
The markings on Kaneda’s bike are anime accurate.
The toy features rubber tires, clear windscreen, and die-cast internal skeleton.
