DAB+ explained
An upgraded version of the system is called DAB+. DAB is not forward compatible with DAB+, which means that DAB-only receivers are not able to receive DAB+ broadcasts. However, broadcasters can mix DAB and DAB+ programs inside the same transmission and so make a progressive transition to DAB+ satnavdeals. DAB+ is approximately twice as efficient as DAB due to the adoption of the AAC+ audio codec, and DAB+ can provide high quality audio with bit rates as low as 64 kbit/s. Reception quality is also more robust on DAB+ than on DAB due to the addition of Reed-Solomon error correction coding.

Rear view camera is not coded as standard so customers dont have black screen when in reverse gear if the camera is not installed. In case you will be buying from other sellers who are not professionals, you will get a unit with previous car coding. It means your car features might not work, like no sound from speakers (if sound system is coded in the unit and you have a standard speakers system, or MFSW will not work if previous car where the unit was mounted didnt have it and yours has, etc) In that case expensive visit to Skoda Dealer is guaranteed, so saving when buying will cost you much more at the end.
