Novikovsky Alexander Vladimirovich (1959-)
He was born in Kiev. He graduated from Kiev Institute of Art. follower of the principles of a sezanizm and art 1920-30yy, for this reason it had no exhibition at the USSR, nonconformist. Also worked in style of impressionism. Son of the artist of V. Novikovsky  Active in Kiev.
