We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Each order is dispatched within 1 working day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders and delivery address after they have been placed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is checked and correct at the time of purchase.

If the payment is cleared before 10am, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

Once tracking is added under your order it is your responsibility to be aware of the date and time of delivery.

All orders up to 2 kg will be sent with Royal Mail 1st class service and parcels from 2kg will be sent with courier service.

All of our delivery rates are applicable to a single parcel consignment under 25kg and may be higher for heavier / multi-parcel orders.

If you are living outside our shipping zones please contact our Office in regards of the additional shipping cost.

We reserve the right to contact you in the event of miscalculated or insufficient carriage cost.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us through eBay messaging.

If goods are damaged or faulty - photo or video proof will be requested.

If you decide to cancel you order after the goods have been already dispatched or delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are in their original condition (new, unused, clean) and adequately packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

In order for us to process your refund swiftly, please provide your name, address, eBay ID and order number inside your package, along with a note explaining the reason for return and/or the nature of any fault(s).
