Please note that these parts are FACTORY NEW but because of eBay’s policies, they are now being sold as is with all sales final. This is ONLY because I will not accept returns on these items. Due to the few folks that like to experiment with things, destroy them and blame others, I have had to resort to this policy. All you good customers will understand and I thank you! My feedback speaks for itself!

They are made by VISHAY Semiconductor and are RoHS Compliant.

Great for replacing blown IRF520's or Mosfet Mods etc. 

If replacing bad finals in a radio, REMEMBER! Something took them out in the first place!

 Check all components carefully! Just replacing is NOT always a fix. 

Blaming the parts or the supplier or manufacturer of OEM parts will get you nowhere!

Please Note:

 Power output is dependent upon entire circuit design, just replacing a final transistor

doesn't instantly increase power output. You must design or modify a circuit

to take full advantage of any devices used. 

Technical ability is required to install.

 All semiconductors can be easily damaged by the inexperienced 

therefore all sales are final on this item!
