Postage
We will post the item within 24-hours, Once item reaches the sorting office, that is when you count the delivery time. In Christmas and other busy periods we don't take responsibility for in-time delivery.
Normal Delivery is 3-5 Working Days , Special paid for Delivery is 1-2 working days after it reaches Sorting Office of the relevant Courier.
This mattress is tested and complies with the following standards:
BS 7177:2008 for Domestic Use (Low Hazard) British Standard - Specification for resistance to ignition of mattresses, mattress pads, divans and bed bases BS 1877: Part 10 :1997 - British Standard - Domestic bedding Part 10. Specification for mattresses and bumpers for children's cots, perambulators and similar domestic articles
We accept PayPal payment and major credit and debit cards through papal. We also accept Bank draft, payment order and Postal Orders. However, in event when you sent payment other than papal, please allow us reasonable time to confirm the payment in our bank.
The Trade Hub Ltd only accept the return within 14 days of delivery but the Item must not be used in packed in its original packing. For any items that are not returned in their original saleable condition we reserve the right to refund only a percentage of the original purchase price. The delivery charge is non-refundable.
Exchanging faulty, damaged or incorrect goods:
If the goods which we deliver are faulty or damaged or not what you had ordered, Trade Hub Ltd will exchange the goods immediately if available in stock or issue a full credit to you Account including delivery charges of any upon receipt of the goods. please note that the the colour may not be challenged that its more darker or lighter or more lighter or darker we will accept the return but will charge the postage if its been listed as free post as we already paid the post on a Free post item so please ask about the colour before final check out.
If you are not satisfied with any of the goods delivered with other issues like Mind Change:
If buyer have changed of mind upon receiving the item for any reason where there is no fault at supplier's end. We will still accept your return accordingly if the item is not been used and in its saleable packing but will deduct the postal charges of £3.95, for all those item which we listed as free postage as we post it to the buyer for free but actually we paid the cost of its post for shipping therefore if you return an item with out any reason we will deduct the £3.95 for each item and additional item charged £2.95 as on all free post listed item we already paid these charges and not charge from the buyer account.
Receiving a Refund:
All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated
